  1. 2007-2011: Value adding to Lao PDR Plantation Timber Products (VALTIP) under ACIAR. I worked as a researcher for the project and responsible for implementing the project’s activities and also a country coordinator assistant. This project worked closely with eight wood processing Companies in Vientiane and one in Louangprabang province;
  2. 2007-2013: A wood science lecturer assistant for Forest Economic and Wood Technology, Faculty of Forest Science, the National University of Laos; – 2013: Involved with iREDD+ project in Houaphan Province on Forest Governance
