ປະສົບການເຮັດວຽກໂຄງການ:

  1. R4D-Telecoupling landscape, a research project supported by Research for Development, CDE, Switzerland (http://www.telecoupling.unibe.ch). In this project, I focus on understanding trajectories land use changes, drivers of the changes and consequences of the changes on livelihoods and resource governance.
  2. Impact of Reduction Emission from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (I-REDD) Project on Rural People’s livelihoods, which is known as I-REDD+ Project. (see more about the project at: www.i-redd.eu). I responded exploration of land use change, land tenure, land access and livelihoods of local villagers.
  3. Property and Citizenship in Developing Societies (ProCit) supported by Danish Social Science Research Council. (see more about the project at: www.procit.dk). My study on this project focused on understanding land use, land use change, local people’s right over land and forest resources as well as understanding the situation of natural resource-based-livelihoods
  4. International Program for Research on the Interactions between Population, Development, and Environment supported by the East West Centre of Hawaii University, The United State of America. In this project, I responded on analysis of land cover and land use change in the case study landscape in Luang Namtha Province, Northern Laos.
  5. A joint research with a research team from the Faculty of Forestry of the National University of Laos on “Newly emerging issues relating to land tenure among different ethnic communities in Phonhong and Khamkheut District”. This research was focussed in assessment of land titling impact on land-use (land tenure) and livelihoods of rural communities in the study areas. In this project, I focus on the situation of permanent land titling in Bolikhamxai and Vientiane province. I also compared the official land right with customary land right that local people had hold.
